OUR HELLO PRINCIPLES
The HELLO Principles – together known as the Internationals Approach – were created, expanded upon, refined, and extended by the professionals – teachers, counselors, social workers, assistant principals, and principals – who work in over 30 Internationals public middle and high schools and academies located across the U.S. Through our network of schools and academies we have served close to 50,000 students over the past 20 years.
The HELLO Principles Series are resources created for school and district leaders. These principles and the work they entail are the foundation of every Internationals school and academy. Our efforts to support MLLs and help them succeed emanate from these five principles. The Leading with HELLO toolkit will be released in five chapters each focusing on one of the Internationals’ HELLO Principles. Access the Intro to HELLO Principles doc below for more information.
