Eligibility: 1. Be ready to participate in a full-time program and work full time. Be stable in recovery, if applicable. Be 18 years or older. Have identification to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States. No diploma or high school equivalency required! 2. Be ready to participate in a full-time program and work full time. Be able to perform manual labor. 4. Must be 18-24 years old OR Must have a criminal justice history (any age). Must be interested in a career in the sustainable construction industry. Must be legally able to work in the U.S. and able to perform manual labor. Must be ready to work full-time Monday through Friday, 9 am–5 pm for 10 weeks
